“Chef Wilder Marroquin has created a menu of Chinese dishes “from the wok,” in dumpling and bun form, and “other things” like Szechaun eggplant with oyster sauce, and mushroom soy, and fried pork egg rolls. The best news? Bon Voyage will be pumping out dumplings til 2 a.m. every night of the week. Check out the full menu below.”

“The Bon Voyage cocktail menu has drinks like the Singapore Sling: gin, Benedictine, sherry heering, lemon, pineapple and ginger soda and lemon. There’s a section dedicated to “Collinses” which, among others, includes a tribute to Joan Collins. On the food front, the menu also has an international flare with house-made dumplings and barbecue pork served with black and white fried rice.”
